3CX V20 Update 9 Alpha: Key Features Overview
3CX V20 Update 9 Alpha introduces a series of improvements focused on usability, control, and everyday efficiency. While still in testing, the update gives a clear look at where the platform is heading.
Web Client Redesign
The biggest change is a complete overhaul of the Web Client. Navigation, dialer, and team views have all been redesigned to be cleaner and more intuitive, helping users complete tasks faster with fewer clicks.
Enhanced Call Queue Management
Administrators now have more control over call routing, wait times, and distribution. This leads to better handling of high call volumes and improved customer experience.
Improved AI Features
AI tools have been refined to be more practical, with better call transcription, summaries, and assistant functionality that fits more naturally into daily workflows.
Admin and System Enhancements
New tools make system management more flexible, including a custom VoIP provider template builder, remote syslog support, expanded SMS capabilities, and clearer visibility of system usage.
Simplified Holiday Messaging
Holiday prompts can now be managed more easily within the interface, allowing businesses to update seasonal messaging without complex configurations.

This is an Alpha release intended for testing only and is not yet suitable for production environments.
